This is especially helpful if you're on a tight schedule or need an initial review before an in-person visit is possible.

A virtual assessment does not replace a full in-person inspection, but it allows us to:
Understand the issue faster
Prioritize your job appropriately
Provide guidance on next steps
Schedule the right technician or crew
Before the call, please make sure:
✅ You have a strong internet or Wi-Fi connection
✅ You’re using a phone or tablet with a working camera
✅ The area is well-lit or you have a flashlight ready
✅ You're able to show us the affected spaces (walls, ceilings, floors, etc.)
The call usually takes 10–15 minutes, and we can still schedule an in-person appointment afterward if needed.
