He did a magnificent job- very thorough explaining his plans to clean and freshen our house and leave the carpet like new. He took the time that was needed to do an excellent job! And this was my 1st experience with his company and I wasn't familiar with requesting cleaning & freshening. So, initially, the technician had an order to clean only. I'd call the company back explaining what I'd expected verses what I'd received and learned I, myself, was in error BUT DESPITE THAT....Larry wanted his customer TOTALLY SATISFIED and he'd afforded me a 2nd cleaning with the expected freshener! I absolutely loved it! The company is very personable, professional, and cares about satisfying the customer in every way possible. Barex IS AN ABSOLUTE BLESSING AND IT WAS EXTREMELY EASY TO PAY.
